This Privacy Policy explains how KunstløpApp handles information. KunstløpApp does not collect, process, or store any personal data from app users. The app only displays competition results and athlete information provided by event organizers.

What data we collect

We do not collect any personal data from KunstløpApp users. We do not record IP addresses, device identifiers, precise location, analytics, or usage logs related to individual users within the KunstløpApp mobile application.

Athlete data shown in the app

Results and athlete information displayed in KunstløpApp are provided by competition organizers and belong to the organizer and participating clubs. KunstløpApp merely presents this information. Athlete data is hosted by Vidata solely for the purpose of publishing competition results.

Data hosting and processors

Athlete data provided by organizers is hosted by Vidata on secure infrastructure. Appropriate technical and organizational safeguards are applied to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

Security

Although KunstløpApp does not collect user data, we implement safeguards on the servers that publish competition results to reduce risks of unauthorized access or data loss. Please note that no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Data storage and retention

KunstløpApp does not store personal data of app users. Athlete data provided by organizers is retained by Vidata only as long as necessary to present competition results and comply with applicable requirements.

Your privacy rights

Because KunstløpApp does not collect user data, we do not hold personal information about app users. If you are an athlete and your information is published in competition results, requests regarding correction or removal should be directed to the event organizer or your club. We will cooperate with organizers to reflect approved corrections or removals in the published results.

Accounts and registration

KunstløpApp does not require creating an account or logging in, and does not support user profile photos within the app.

Note: If you separately use the Vidata platform (outside of KunstløpApp) and create an account there, that service may have its own terms and privacy rules. Such accounts are not part of KunstløpApp.

Children’s privacy

KunstløpApp does not collect personal data from users of any age. Athlete information published by organizers may include minors’ results; responsibility for providing and lawfully publishing such data lies with the respective organizers and clubs.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
